I had a great experience at Claire's. I wasn't very excited to go dress shopping (not a dress girl) but Elaine made my experience AMAZING! She was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a great listener! I didn't expect to find the dress that day but Elaine took pieces of what i loved in some of the dresses I originally picked out and found THE dress (I would have never picked it out for myself). I had the BEST experience at Claire’s! I expected to have a less than memorable experience because I am very difficult when it comes to dress shopping. The women here made me feel like a QUEEN. My consultant was fun and she gave me some words of wisdom she told me she typically wouldn’t do but they were encouraging! I had a blast and wish I needed to buy another wedding dress!
Claire's was an amazing experience. I have to say finding a wedding dress was not something I was super looking forward to… They totally changed that. I worked with Samantha who was a dream. She took all of the things that I loved in every dress that I tried on into consideration, kept them in her back pocket, and towards the end of my appointment she pulled out this gown that I just could not even believe was real life. I can not rave enough about Claire's and their staff. I had been to 3 other shops for a very specific dress and their attentiveness was awful. I decided to come to Claire's and from the moment I walked in I felt at home. The woman who helped me(I'm unsure of her name she is thin build and soft voiced) was amazing and really put into perspective how this dress would look compared to a dress I previously purchased elsewhere.
Amazing bridal shop! Everyone was so sweet and helpful! Our consultant Marnita was the sweetest woman ever! Without her wisdom and words of encouragement, I would’ve been extremely indecisive about which dress I wanted. The process was so simple and they have a HUGE selection of dresses. They have an online lookbook where you can favorite the dresses you want to try on for your appointment!! I would get a dress here a million times over!
