I'm not one to normally leave bad reviews, but I was so disappointed today, that I can't help but share my frustration. I went to Claire's in December on the advice of one of my clients (I'm a hairdresser in a very busy salon AKA tons of women in my chair every week/potential bridal clients for Claire's). It has lots of Prom dresses! Was a little overwhelming. But we had great service from Alexis A. And also some of the other girls were very helpful too. I would recommend going to other people.

I had a great experience last weekend finding my wedding dress. The staff was amazing especially Shana my consultant she was so patient with me and friendly. I would highly recommended them for your wedding dress!!

Had a great experience buying my wedding gown here. Amazing customer service and dress selection. They were really up front about which size they recommended that I order and why. My dress arrived EARLIER than the stated date in perfect condition. Would hands down buy my wedding dress from them again if I had to go back and do it all over. Thanks, Claire's!
