I feel terrible because I don't remember the woman's name that helped me (I am awful with names) however, I can tell you that she was the absolute BEST!! She was very kind, funny, attentive, and made me and my mom feel so welcome and comfortable while we were there! I went there looking for a specific color cocktail dress and she showed me where my sizes were and let me look around without trying to put me in a dress that I didn't want/wasn't what I needed. We had the BEST experience at Claire's when wedding dress shopping! Carmella was AWESOME and made us feel incredibly comfortable! She made the experience extremely fun and was absolutely amazing at what she does! We were lucky to have such an awesome experience with such an amazing person to help us! We plan to go back for the mothers' dresses!

Buyer beware! Great selection, great prices but they don't stand behind their measuring. They do not do alterations after the dress is received. 8 bridesmaids & 5 dresses came in way too large (no one lost weight). Claire's will not do the alterations & do not stand by their errors.
I bought my wedding dress at Clare's a month ago and couldn't be happier. My consultant Cyrena was so helpful and actually picked the dress I ended up purchasing! I felt no rush, unlike what I experienced at another store. I would definitely recommend buying your dress at Clare's!

I had a bad experience at a previous bridal store and was apprehensive at going to a store. Cyrena was confident but not overbearing. Made me feel like I was the only person in the room. After our first visit, we had two possibilities. I brought my friends and family back and Cyrena asked me to try on a dress that had just come in and it was perfect!!! After two visits, she knew my style and what I liked. Thank you, Cyrena for your professionalism, confidence and kindness and helping me pick the perfect dress for my wedding!
