Visited Claire's yesterday for lunch. We were at YALE for a tour. We asked the receptionist at Admissions (Rachel?) where could we find fresh, vegetarian organic foods. She gave us directions to Claire's. We LOVED the energy there. So many good foods to choose from. We got the spanakopita that came with a side green salad and fresh bread.
