Brought daughter in for ear piercing, even though this wasn’t her first time she was still nervous. RJ was upbeat and friendly on the phone to book the appointment and just as much if not more in person for the actual appointment. He walked everyone through the process and was extremely knowledgeable about the piercing as well as after care. Put everyone at ease and had us all in smiles at the end. Would definitely recommend!
My 5 year old has been asking for her ears to be pierced so we decided to check out this location. RJ was our piercer and he has the patience of a Saint. My daughter was set and good to go until the 1st ear was done, then she needed some convincing to complete the 2nd ear. He was very kind and understanding of her many feelings and was able to help her through to completing both ears. Service was very positive & after care was explained thoroughly.
