Phew. I took my 6 year old here to get her ears pierced yesterday. Went in and there was 1 person working. It smelled like old weed (probably from a vape). I know Claire's is not a top tier *professional* piercing place, and told myself that if we ever felt unsafe or it seemed unhygienic, that we would leave. I asked the person working the prices of earrings we had to pick out. She guessed everything and I was shocked when she told me $85 for multiple pairs. 11:35am and store not open. I asked the surrounding shops when did Claire's open and nobody knew. 1 of the workers said "Whenever she decides to get her." There are so many unemployed people who would love to have this Managers job. I called it into their Corporate Office. I hope they do something about this for they are losing money and customers are being inconvenienced.
