Liberty did a beautiful job piercing my ears and I love how she took her time allowing me to process the steps and it came out perfect and clean.Thank you!
I had a really good experience at Claire’s, especially with Liberty, the store manager. I had heard rumors that the tools used were not disinfected but that turned out to be completely false. Liberty immediately put on gloves and all instruments were sealed! She explained the process step by step and it was over quickly with a tiny pinch. I highly recommend Claire’s for ear piercing, especially Liberty who made all the difference.
Liberty was amazing with my daughter's second piercing. She was gentle and knowledgeable. We had a great experience.
This place is always a bit upside down the store is small and it can be a challenge pushing a stroller or wheelchair through the store. Generally have to go in alone I make my selections quickly and leave . The staff is sweet, kind snd professional as well. Just wish the space was a bit bigger to accommodate the special needs population a bit more. I get it space isn’t cheap, the rents are ridiculous I just wish there was something to make it easier shopping experience
