Liberty was amazing with my daughter's second piercing. She was gentle and knowledgeable. We had a great experience.
This place is always a bit upside down the store is small and it can be a challenge pushing a stroller or wheelchair through the store. Generally have to go in alone I make my selections quickly and leave . The staff is sweet, kind snd professional as well. Just wish the space was a bit bigger to accommodate the special needs population a bit more. I get it space isn’t cheap, the rents are ridiculous I just wish there was something to make it easier shopping experience

Nice selections of items for girls but the store associates did not seem to take care of this particular store. They did not greet customers and did not clean up fallen goods from shelves. The store was dead empty but they seemed busy for chit chatting
