Amazing store
I’m so glad that I visited this location. I decided that it was time to get my ears pierced again and get a new pair of earrings. I went to the Bergen Town Center to The Piercing Pagoda on 5/5/25 It wasn’t crowded they were really rude and disparaging. It’s a freaking Kiosks. There is a lady there named Patty. She is very rude and racist. For starters, she kept watching my every move and following me around the store as if I was going to steal a piercing. When I asked her to open the glass shelf to get a piercing out of there, she told me she had to keep it by the register until i checked out. When other customers walked in, she let them shop comfortably. I asked her, "Do you do that with all your customers or just the black ones?" Close this place. What a scam. Free earrings unless the code expires + didn't send codes for 2 months. I don't know why people still support a place with such a terrible business model. Prices are garbage and items are things you can find online for less. Everything being made overseas so how can you charge the prices you do. Replace this dump with a better business...
