I stopped in the mall for a few birthday gifts and last minute decided to treat myself to a new piercing on my day off. I haven’t been in Claire’s in years and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, explained the process/pricing options, and answered all my questions. The girl who did my piercings (I think her name was Christa) took her time and they came out great🙂
The absolute BEST! I went to them for my daughter’s first hole a couple months ago and just did her second today. They are seriously so sweet and totally calmed my daughter down when she’s a little scared. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Claire’s at Bergen Town Center ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We had a very disappointing experience trying to get our 5-year-old daughter’s ears pierced. The staff was extremely rude and refused to do the piercing without her passport, which is completely unreasonable and unnecessary for a simple ear piercing. Since when does a store like this need to keep or even see a young child’s personal documents? There was no explanation, no kindness — just attitude. We left upset and will not be returning. Parents, beware.
