Got my ear pierced and was scared, the lady was very polite, and told me the directions on what to do and was not much pain so thank you
Only 1 person in store multiple customers. She was super nice but just understaffed.
PARENTS BE AWARE: My child got her ears pierced here without me OR her fathers permission while she was with a former babysitter- AND they came out CROOKED... Legitimate piercing shops required a legal guardian. This location didnt care. They didnt ID. They didnt get our signed consent. They messed up a 3 week old baby's ears.
