Store needs better staffing, especially around this time of the year. I understand this is an all-around issue in retail as upper management dictates the hours and intentionally keeps their stores understaffed to put more money in their own pockets. Regardless, this is the second time I've had to wait to cash out as the only employee on duty is piercing another customer's ears. Was never acknowledged by the employee at any point during my shopping anyway so I put my items back and left the store this time.

The "manager" at this store in the Oshawa Center needs to learn self control and customer service.if you are working in shop related to kids and babies you must learn to adjust according to kids and not impose your emotions or instincts on them. I wish I could negative rating as well.i had an horrible experience here.i will never recommend anyone here never ever gonna step in this store again

The "manager" at this store in the Oshawa Center needs to learn self control of her emotions. Perhaps customer service is not for her if she dislikes the public and her job soooo much!!!!

We love Abbi at Claire’s. Queen behaviour. 10/10.
