Leah did my piercing, and it was perfect. There was no infection, and it was painless. Just follow their instructions: clean three times, don’t touch, and improve your hygiene. Overall, I was satisfied, and I wondered why people leave bad reviews for Claire’s. Guys, I recommend Claire Oshawa for your piercing.
We went today at noon and the store was closed. It was such a waste of time.
I got my ear pierced yesterday. Had a very good experience. It felt like nothing. Emily did an amazing job.
Store needs better staffing, especially around this time of the year. I understand this is an all-around issue in retail as upper management dictates the hours and intentionally keeps their stores understaffed to put more money in their own pockets. Regardless, this is the second time I've had to wait to cash out as the only employee on duty is piercing another customer's ears. Was never acknowledged by the employee at any point during my shopping anyway so I put my items back and left the store this time.
