I had a really great experience at Claire’s when I got my cartilage pierced! I ended up getting two piercings on my right ear, and overall the whole process went really smoothly from start to finish. When I walked in, the store itself immediately stood out—it’s super cute, colorful, and fun to look around in. The girl who pierces is so rude and gives off so much attitude. Will be reporting to corporate
i understand this is a childrens store but its always so messy… two ladys with glasses always standing at the front of the store chatting and giggling after trying to force me a basket —- so rude and will definitely not be coming back service not even exceptional
I was in the store with my kids and Lilo and Stich is a very hot commodity right now and I promised my stepdaughter stitch earrings and there was only 2 left airs left. I asked the customer service cashier to please hold them for me while we went and ate dinner. Her name is Camilla and she was so kind and polite. She held them for me and even made conversation with my son about Disneyland. She provided us with great customer service and kindness. Love this location!
Had both my daughters ears done here. My oldest daughters came out fine. However my other daughters piercings were too tight and we didn't notice right away. As a result the back of the earrings actually got stuck on the inside of her skin. Had to take her to the emergency room to have them removed as she was in a lot of pain. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
