Huge shoutout to Rose at Claire’s in Downtown Summerlin! We stopped in during National Night Out, which was a massive community event, and somehow Rose was the ONLY employee working! We asked if ear piercing was available, and without hesitation, she happily said yes! While we filled out the paperwork and waivers, she was juggling other customers, ringing people up, greeting everyone who walked in, and keeping everything running smoothly.
