The piercing lady was very rude!!! Acted like she ain’t want to do her job. We were trying to get my daughters ear pierced for her birthday and she acted like she could not help and called me out my name!

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced today from an assistant named Emile. From the beginning, her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. She spoke in a condescending tone, When I asked questions or needed clarification, she responded with impatience and even rolled her eyes at one point. Extremely rude employees. They merchandise under the wrong promotions, the employees and the manager gave different answers on what the actual promotions were. On one necklace, we got 3 different answers between two employees. Complete waste of customers time. I informed one of the employees that I was given different prices (3 at this point) on the same item, and she said I was trying to tell her what the store prices were. 🫠 🫠🫠. Terribly unprofessional and rude
