Made an ear piercing for my daughter through the website. 5:45pm to 6pm. Enter and two young employees were on their phones sitting on the counter. One of the employees proceeded to tell us she "doesn't do piercing with 30 minutes left" in the day. Breaking my daughter's heart and continuing to play on her phone. What a disgraceful behavior to promote a store front.
I was just at Claire’s in Merrimack NH and had McKenzie pierce one of my ears as it had filled in. She was very pleasant and did an excellent job. She made my visit a treat. Great to know you have good help, it’s hard to find nowadays.
My 6 year old had her ears pierced last week here and it was the best experience ever! She was super nervous (and cried a little during the actual piercing) but Kenzie and Steph did an AMAZING job! Things have also changed since I got my ears pierced and they pierce both ears at the SAME TIME-genius 😁 We may have only left with one ear pierced otherwise, lol.
