I called the Rideau location today. And the person who answered the phone was being very rude and Yelling at other people while they were on the phone with me. And then hung up on me whenever I just had a simple question. I go there all the time and love the store. But I didn't like this service. One star. Very bad experience for this location.

I went in today and this one girl at the cash she was so rude first of all she kept sighing … and then she was talking bad about other people name calling them etc. Honestly not a good representation of employees this made me uncomfortable because of the way she was expressing herself
Wonderful experience at Claire’s in the Rideau Centre for my daughter’s ear piercings. Jenna and Samantha were exceptional — very professional, patient, and provided excellent customer service. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this location for children’s ear piercings!
I had an awesome ear piercing experience with Sam! She was incredibly gentle, explained everything clearly, and kept me relaxed the whole time. I highly recommend Sam who made the whole experience fun and painless!
