I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and the staff were truly wonderful! Lacey was amazing and made my daughter super comfortable. They did such a great job explaining the aftercare as well. I would recommend this location if you’re looking to get your child’s ears pierced! Thank you Lacey!

I called the Rideau location today. And the person who answered the phone was being very rude and Yelling at other people while they were on the phone with me. And then hung up on me whenever I just had a simple question. I go there all the time and love the store. But I didn't like this service. One star. Very bad experience for this location.

I went in today and this one girl at the cash she was so rude first of all she kept sighing … and then she was talking bad about other people name calling them etc. Honestly not a good representation of employees this made me uncomfortable because of the way she was expressing herself
