I was completely blown away by the incredible level of service that we experienced at Claire’s. From the moment I went in to inquire about the ear piercing service for my daughter who was turning 9, Sarah walked me through all the steps, and thoroughly explained the entire process, which really helped set us up for success. I got my daughters ear pierced for the first time ( she is 2 years old) , and wanted to get long lasting earrings so we got the diamond ones ( paid $400). The piercing process was good, but after like a week, we lost one of the earring as it came out and could not find it, and unfortunately her ear piercing closed. We went again to ask if we could get just one ear pierced again, as the other ear still had the diamond earing. i had my piercing at claire bayshore yesterday-amazing staff - very nice and polite- very clean thankyou
They pierce nostrils here even though ontario prohibits piercing guns being used for anything except ear lobes, unsafe practice going against regulations. Don't go here and support a company who doesn't care for the safety of the public
