Took my daughters to get their ears pierced and patiently waited while the one employee talked extensively long to another family. Once it was our turn the employee had nothing to say, so rude. I expect the same customer service to be given to everyone so I left.
Daughter loves it. That’s enough! But yeah buy elsewhere for the price. Sorry!
I've been to this Claire's on Williams Field in San tan valley about three times taking my granddaughter to get her ears pierced. And there's a young lady that works there she looks to be about 18 years old. She's been there all three times that I took my granddaughter. And yet I'm 59 years old and she asked me for my ID to pierce my granddaughter's ears every time. Now she takes a long time staring at my ID like if I have a fake ID or something.
