This is the worst experience ever !! I was treated badly by shop assistants at Claire’s Folsom Premium Outlet both yesterday ; Thursday , June 12 and today, Friday, June 13. Yesterday, the shop assistant refused to exchange the backpack I exchanged before saying that it was not on the receipt and after an argument she did , but it seems that she didn’t load it on the system. Walked in as the first customers with a 3 year old and 18 month old. We walked in right after they opened and the entire store smelled like a Marijuana shop. Not a good look for a kids store....
We went to this location Sunday morning and back again in the afternoon my daughter and I both got piercings and the associate who helped us was extremely personable and took her time to make sure we were both happy! She never made us feel rushed or unimportant even when the store got busy. She greeted every guest as they entered and kept our conversation going!
