Very friendly staff, attentive to all customers walking in, great with kids and the store is always tidy/organized. I’ve been in many Claire’s stores and this one is far superior. Great work!

We came for our daughter’s birthday to get her ears pieced. We scheduled an appointment, got there and they were on break. So we waited for them to open back up. 2 1/2 hours later, they still weren’t open. Horrible service.
They're ok but the prices are way too high. One stuffy can cost 30 bucks. The jewelry is low quality, lots of it made my skin blue. The nail polish is poorly made. It breaks off, is weirdly thick or too thin (depending on which one you end up with), and is annoying to apply. Some staff here breath down your neck well you shop, depends on who's in that day though. It was a lot more fun when you're too young to care.
