Samantha is an embarrassment to your organization. What started as a casual trip to the mall with my son, ended up being a lesson that I will never spend money at this location ever again. My daughter was looking for a best friend necklace for her friends birthday. We found one here and they had lots of options! We also found her plenty of other things!
Excellent service, the gal understood what I meant about finding clip-on studs for a relative who works in construction and directed me to other places to look.
I would give Samantha at Claire's Franklin Park Mall a 10 star review if I could! She was incredibly patient and kind with my kiddo who wanted her ears pierced but was super anxious. She knew exactly what to say to help calm her down. It took a while, but her ears are pierced and she's thrilled! Thank you Samantha for your kindness and empathy. We appreciate you!!!
