I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and the lady was so rude.The lady looked like a teenager and my daughters ears got infected.
NJ was so helpful and patient. I thought I knew what I wanted but needed some expertise and NK was kind and gave great guidance to help make my decision easier! Thank you! When I asked if I could fill out a survey or how I could help shout them out they were kind and said something similar to,”happy to help” and a tbh at point I promised I would do a Google review. I gotta say I haven't had great service like this in years. Samantha went above and beyond. We were in for my daughter's ear piercing and the treatment my daughter got was fantastic and so caring. She was terrified and samantha calmed her down. Joked with her and gave her a stuffed animal to squeeze. I cant thank her enough for making this experience so wonderful. One of the best places to get your ears pierced. The store manager Samantha is amazing and so professional. She made my son feel confident in his decision to have them done. She truly knew her products and offered exceptional customer service. From him asking her to have them done to her showing each earring they have. She demonstrated exactly the procedure of how it will be done and told him each step of the way what she was doing. 100/10 would go back to this location.
