I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and the lady was so rude.The lady looked like a teenager and my daughters ears got infected.
NJ was so helpful and patient. I thought I knew what I wanted but needed some expertise and NK was kind and gave great guidance to help make my decision easier! Thank you! I gotta say I haven't had great service like this in years. Samantha went above and beyond. We were in for my daughter's ear piercing and the treatment my daughter got was fantastic and so caring. She was terrified and samantha calmed her down. Joked with her and gave her a stuffed animal to squeeze. I cant thank her enough for making this experience so wonderful.
