Sad to see it go
I had a very bad experience at Claire’s. I went to return a hair clip, and the staff member who helped me was extremely rude. Instead of assisting me politely, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. When I told her that her behavior made me not want to shop there again, she simply said, “Then don’t come!” Not only was she rude, but she also refused to process my return, saying that because it was on sale, she couldn’t do it.
