Absolutely horrible practice in toddler ear piercing- Basically, the entire food court has to witness 10+ minutes gut wrenching screams of a little girl, maybe 18months old, being restrained by Claire’s worker and her father and the mother rage yelling at her to “stop crying” while the piercer smiled while the baby thrashed like a sociopath. They’re supposed to make another appointment to come back and do the other year not let the baby scream to exhaustion until they’re blue. This location should be investigated.
I got my ears pierced with Kayla and had an amazing experience. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions with lots of smiles and jokes! Will definitely be coming back!
I was here for my second and third ear piercing and Kayla did a fantastic job , she was very patient and also took time to explain all the options and after piercing procedures too and I will come back to the Claire’s at the Natick Mall again ! Thanks Kayla !
