I got my ears pierced with Kayla and had an amazing experience. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions with lots of smiles and jokes! Will definitely be coming back!
I was here for my second and third ear piercing and Kayla did a fantastic job , she was very patient and also took time to explain all the options and after piercing procedures too and I will come back to the Claire’s at the Natick Mall again ! Thanks Kayla !
I had an amazing experience here! Got my ears pierced by Kayla and she was super sweet walked me through the entire process in depth, they are perfect!
Both of my kids had infections after getting their ears pierced here, and we had to remove it completely.
The manager here sucks!! I walked in for a piercing and spoke to the manager (Kalya) 16 years as her badge says, and instead of walking me over she yelled out and handed a ipad to one of her girls to do it instead. She had an attitude the entire time I was there even to the other customers especially the ones that didn’t want a shopping basket.
