This Claires does NOT open at 10AM. Most likely 11 or 12 noon. Been waiting for 40 minutes. Employee got here at 10:30 and the doors are still not open and its been a good 10 minutes.
Lack of customer service. Staff acted like they could not even be bothered to assist me and brushed me off. Did not feel welcome at all .
Customer service sucks! They wont even acknowledge a customer unless they ask for piercing.
