Rude, I came in to get a piercing, I walked to the counter seen the lady was watching netflix while also doing something on the register. I stood there for almost 10 mins and still wasn’t acknowledged.
Store doesn’t open on time. Phone number listed doesn’t work.
Got mine and my daughter’s ears pierced today with Jae. The 5 stars are for Jae. Jae was extremely patient and skilled.
Was here over the holidays to get my son’s ears pierced. My only comment is they need to ensure they have adequate staffing . Showed up around 12 and there was a sign on the door about the staff being at lunch . Turns out they only had one person working . When she returned from lunch there were several people waiting . Not fair to her as she had to ring people up as well as pierce a few ears . Also seems like a safety issue . Management should know it’s always at least two workers . Not one solo .
