Serenity was amazing! She had so much patience with my two-year-old daughter while doing her ear piercings and made the whole process much easier. In the end, my daughter did very well and followed all of Serenity’s instructions. She handled everything in such a gentle and caring way, which made it a very positive experience for my daughter. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
