I got my ears pierced at the Claire’s in St. Laurent last Tuesday, and I had a great experience. The store was very busy, but the woman working the counter (a bit tall, glasses, slightly older) was handling everything efficiently while still being incredibly friendly to every customer. She was the only person on staff, so I did have to wait a little for my appointment, but she remained professional and upbeat the entire time.
