Went in here today to get some stuff for my niece for christmas.. on my way out, an employee came out of the back crying and the other person who walked out with her was talking very rudely and laughing. I could only imagine how the employee felt. I felt embarrassed for them. I use to love coming here and buying stuff. The past few months it feels like everyone is walking on egg shells. Not a great experience.
If I could give lesss than one star I would. The woman working named Alysse was absolutely wretched. She was piercing my daughter's ear and absolutely had no patience with her. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes - as if my four year old was an inconvenience. My child was scared and in pain from the first piercing she gave in the one lobe. Alysse offered no kindness or compassion, enough so that people from the food court were coming to offer support for my child. We never told her we weren't doing the second piercing but ... read more

honestly 10/10 i really like melissa energy she was very positive, she helped me and friends out earrings which look awesome. I will recommend everyone to get their piercing done by Melissa she deserves a raise!!!
