Worst service ever!!!! Came to this location today and was not helped at all! 3 service workers standing at the register talking and not one acknowledge me or my kids, who wanted to visit this store so bad. I cannot believe how bad service has gotten. Such a shame!
I was at the store Thursday evening January 23. The customer service I received was NOT GOOD. I asked the staff member the price of an item and she told me it. After I went to checkout the price was higher and I told her oh I thought these were this price ie. $12 then she proceeds to say no it’s this price and brushes it off in a way that made it seem like it’s not that much more money. Great customer service. Logan did a great job!
I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with my daughters at this Claire’s and the store manager there, Marissa. She took the time to connect with them, explain what was going to happen with their ear piercing, she did 3 of them back to back, and not a single tear from any of them. Better experience cannot be found that I have seen. Both her and the other girl, I think their name is Logan, so friendly. 10/10.
