We had great experience with the staff at Claire's at the Mapleview mall. We took our 4 year old for ear piercing. Highly recommended
The black sales woman was vey reluctant to help and appeared discriminating to her customers. We saw her interaction with customers and that helped us make our decisions to not shop at Claire’s
Worst service ever!!!! Came to this location today and was not helped at all! 3 service workers standing at the register talking and not one acknowledge me or my kids, who wanted to visit this store so bad. I cannot believe how bad service has gotten. Such a shame!
I was at the store Thursday evening January 23. The customer service I received was NOT GOOD. I asked the staff member the price of an item and she told me it. After I went to checkout the price was higher and I told her oh I thought these were this price ie. $12 then she proceeds to say no it’s this price and brushes it off in a way that made it seem like it’s not that much more money.
