Is this place ever open? Every time we swung by to check it out to spend a gift card, it had its gates locked and said "Be back in 30 minutes." We arrived slightly after the Mall opened, so there is a huge confusion as to why a break is needed first thing so assuming it was closed from the night before ... but then as the day went on, it was still closed.
