My daughter got her second ear piercings. Almost no wait, easy, quick and informative. Took off one star due to price... $100 all said and done.
Went in to purchase a necklace for my daughter. The woman behind the counter scanned my purchase and I tried using a card to buy however the card reader kept erroring out. I looked to the woman for assistance but she completely ignored me and acted like I wasn't even there. I tried multiple cards with the same issue and then asked the cashier if maybe the machine was erroring out. Once again she briefly looked at me then looked away pretending I didn't exist. I just want to give a big thank you to Ty for being so wonderful! My daughter had ordered some items online using her own money, and we were really excited to pick them up. The website said the store was open until 8, but when we got there just after 7, it was closed. I decided to give them a call, and Ty answered. I explained the mix-up, and she was so kind—she went ahead and got our order for us. Thank you, Ty, for saving the day and making our experience so great!
