We recently visited Claire’s and had a great experience. Ty was patient and kind while piercing my son’s ears, and my girls loved their jewelry. Every visit is always such good vibes!
I had my ears pierced by Ty, the store manager, and the experience was a breeze. Being elderly, I appreciated how gentle, calm, and confident she was throughout the piercing process. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The store was clean, welcoming, and lively. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get their ears pierced!
I brought both my sons in here for there ears pierced, first one went great then my older boy went and 1 lady decided she wanted to do it on her own, she then tried to do the first ear and did not get it all the way threw and acted like she just needed to put the back on but proceeded to try and force the earing threw the rest of the way with her hands until my son asked her to stop because she was struggling and hurting him.. she then made a comment to the other employee that it did not go all the way threw and that it had ... read more
My daughter got her second ear piercings. Almost no wait, easy, quick and informative. Took off one star due to price... $100 all said and done.
