WORST customer service! Make the drive to the orchard town center Claire’s! You won’t regret it. I placed an online order to be picked up at this store. After 24 hours of the order not being completed, I called the store and asked if they even received it. The man I spoke to said they received it, but they didn’t have any of the items in stock and I needed to cancel the order online. so I tried to cancel the order online, which you cannot do btw, I had to call Customer Service and they put in a request to cancel the order. Jacob the manager is so rude and hard to even talk too. He is passive agressive, condescending, continuously immature this Denver premium location has really gone down hill. I asked him a question about the sale and he said “read the signs it’s b3g3 hair jewelry and beauty” and continued on his phone call. Disgusting customer service. I will be either going to orchard, or the ones in Broomfield. DO NOT COME HERE
My daughter and I made a special trip this afternoon to head up to Claire's to redeem her coupon for free earrings, only to find the doors locked, lights on, but no one home. I even called while standing outside and let the phone ring about 20 times. We wandered around the outside of the mall for about 5min or so and checked again, but still not open. At around 4pm. Even tho maps said it was open till 7p and the sign on the door says till 8:00pm! Frustrating! Guess we'll call *before* heading out next time.
I really want to give this location 5 stars for all of the wonderful ladies that work here, however, the manager Jacob is going to ruin this location. Jacob is utterly rude and condescending. Doesn't seem very knowledgeable either. AND don't even get me started on how he speaks with his employees. He completely belittles them and it is so hard to watch. Please get Jacob out of all of the Claire's locations and get a new GM here. Your loyal customers are BEGGING you to!
