I have not in a long time experienced such great customer service I believe her name sorry if I get it wrong Victoria or Veronica definitely began with a V LOL she was so sweet and informative I came back the next day to get more she made me feel welcomed all good vibes genuine smile and pleasant I can’t believe it most places suck at customer service I was grateful for the breath of fresh air I will definitely be going back!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Stopped in this evening to purchase earrings for my daughters. Google says this location closes at 10pm. The sign in the window says 8pm. It was 7:55pm when we entered the store. As we walked in, Heather was on the phone at the counter. She turned, looked at us, rolled her eyes and shook her head.
