Story was absolutely amazing, she did not get annoyed with my millions of questions, she pierced my daughter’s ears and did an excellent job. The customer service there was awesome. And the deals are great.

Went to get my daughter's ears pierced and realized I didn't have my ID. The lady working today, was already in a bad mood. She was already giving my Girl Scouts frustration vibes and THRY BOUGHT STUFF. LA Wallet sent me my password so I went back. This employee literally huffed and rolled her eyes at my daughter for coming back. When I said , "OH, no Ma'am" She was like oh its okay...no its not. You are not putting holes in my child's ears with an attitude. I was getting the $90 long posts. Sale lost.
