Terrible customer service. No greeting, awkward conversation and staff seemed bored and withdrawn. My girls deserved better. They were excited to get their piercings, and you shut that down quick. Miserable people.
Went for ear piercings for a 13 year old second hole and 3 year old first piecing. We had Naomi she was great! She really did a wonderful job. I would recommend her!!
Terrible customer service. Store isn’t clean or organized. You get there 30 min before closing time the eye rolling and attitudes are also buy 3 get 3 free.
Hello. I came to Claire’s to get my ears pierced. I was filling the form for myself and I got to a section that asked for a photo of my driver’s license. I had given my license to the worker, and she still had it. When I asked for it back, she got mad at me and became very rude. She said, and I quote, “What are you doing? I only said to go up to this part.” I just felt that I was being disrespected in a place that I am giving money to. She was very rude throughout the piercing process.
