I should have giving 0 star. I unsatisfied with a nose piercing I came to the store to return it and they told me they can’t do it. I don’t see any piece of paper in the furniture saying you can’t return it. And I have proof for that
I’ve always loved shopping at Claire's, and today was no exception. We brought my two-year-old in for her first ear piercing, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly talented, gentle, and quick, which made the whole process stress-free for her. They also have a wonderful variety of options to choose from for that important first pair of earrings. Highly recommend!
This store made an error with an ear piercing, by hitting the back of another piece of jewelry already in place. The result cause the $120 gold stud to bend, making it unusable. The manager at Claire’s insisted we pay for the broken stud regardless of their error, stating that we need to take it up with corporate. We can’t get ahold of corporate. They robbed us of $120. I went to ulta to get my third piercing. They messed up both my ears. One ear was pierced only in the front, but there was no hole in the back. I went to claire’s in hopes they would fix it. They were super sweet and experienced. They immediately fixed both ears and did a fabulous job. I walked in super scared and left so happy with the job they did!!
River was amazing , my babies piercing was quick, seamless and as painless as possible, God bless
