Their ear piercing was an extremely bad customer experience for me. I called in advance to ask how much ear piercing would be for my 3 year old daughter and they said $65 for gold earrings or $80 for cubic zirconia. When I got there the woman said only the bottom two pairs in the baby/toddler section would be small enough for her ears, so we chose the bottom pair. Well, what can I say, I went in with my daughter to look for a size 1 ring. Upon entering the store, I noticed the one employee sitting on a stool at the register more worried about what was on her phone than even acknowledging anyone coming in.
