My daughter got her ears pierced and Erica was fabulous. She did a great job keeping her calm, as well as suggesting she could get a co-worker so she could get both ears pierced at the same time. My daughter loves them!
We stop at Claire's at the MOA frequently and Kym is often there. She is beyond helpful and always greets us with a smile. Kym is genuinely kind and great with the young shoppers. After my kid's piercing today, I now know she's also got a gift for the piercing gun. 11 out of 10
