I got my nose pierced here less than a week ago and the nose stud fell out. I had asked the piercer if I'm supposed to twist or turn the piercing when I'm cleaning it and she said no. I later found out you absolutely are supposed to. Maybe she misunderstood what I was saying. But that's $100 down the drain all together.

Thumbs down! The light-skinned lady with glasses and slicked back hair was extremely rude and unpleasant. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes because of her nasty attitude. Very disappointing.
