Im not sure what one woman on here talking about a “smell” . Maybe it was her upper lip . I love this store . I just recently got a second lobe piercing by “Shannon” the store manager. She did so good and it was virtually perfect in every way . I was so nervous but at the end i was so impressed with how exact she was on getting the placement perfect. We came to pierce my 7 year old daughter and she got very nervous. The 2 young ladies were so patient and comforting. They let my daughter calm down and got her to go through. They were so nice through the whole process. A fantastic team.
The person working there when I went, Mikayla, was an absolute riot. They were so funny genuinely and had amazing customer service. Made my piercings even better!!
