Got my ears pierced October 2025 took them out in November after having them in more than 3 weeks hole closed so went back to Claire’s young lady who is no longer there and was very nice was able to put them back in even though she wasn’t the incompetent one that pierced my ears that I feel wasn’t patient. What a shame that this company decided to get political. Their stores are closing, and this is what they are putting in their windows. As usual, we on the right side of history will vote with our pocketbooks, and soon no one will even remember these stores existed.
My piercings are completely un even, they won’t close. Now I have to deal with not being able to get another piercing in the same spot!
Nivaeh was great! She did my peircings i got the spider bites. And they were painless. She handle the mini rush perfectly 👌. I highly recommend her
Our 6 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. We made an appointment online, it was super easy. We did arrive late due to traffic, but they were still able to accommodate us. Neveah is the young lady that pierced our daughter's ears. She explained everything to her (our daughter). Our daughter did cry, and did not want the second ear pierced. But Neveah was 100% patient with her and waited for her to calm down before doing the 2nd ear. Thanks again, Neveah, for piercing our daughter's ears. She loves them!
