My two daughters and I just went to Claire's in Cleveland Mall to get our ears pierced and had a truly wonderful experience. Grover was the absolute best employee - courteous, kind, and very attentive to detail. They even corrected a cartilage piercing that my youngest had done at a different Claire's and made it so much better. The service Grover provided was awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Let me start by saying my experience with Erika Stover was phenomenal. I have no experience with earrings and my daughter decided to get her ears pierced at another Claire's location. Well, we were having problems when it came time to change out my daughter's earrings. Last year, on the day my mother's ashes were scattered.... I got 4 piercings in my ears at Claire's inside Cleveland Mall in Shelby, NC.. The right side came out fine but the spacing & low piercing on my left ear looked out of place & was very painful. I used the Claire's Ear Care Solution yet the left ear kept crusting & getting infected, I turned the studs several times per day & used the solution on both ears, but more on the left out of necessity... a year later, one of the left earrings dropped out of my ear...
