Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and had the absolute best experience. The ladies working were so wonderful and sweet to my little girl and made her feel beyond special. Would definitely recommend if you want your little girl to feel like a princess

My two daughters and I just went to Claire's in Cleveland Mall to get our ears pierced and had a truly wonderful experience. Grover was the absolute best employee - courteous, kind, and very attentive to detail. They even corrected a cartilage piercing that my youngest had done at a different Claire's and made it so much better. The service Grover provided was awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Let me start by saying my experience with Erika Stover was phenomenal. I have no experience with earrings and my daughter decided to get her ears pierced at another Claire's location. Well, we were having problems when it came time to change out my daughter's earrings. My daughter was crying anytime my family members tried putting in her earrings, but when we came here Erika helped change out my daughter's earrings and had no problems.
