The lady working needs to calm her attitude. On your google page it says yall open at 10 am. If your not open lock the door and don't be rude about it. All it does girls make people feel sorry for you. Change your hours, lock your door when your not open, and fix your attitude or get a real job.
Well.. the mall of america was insanely busy over the weekend and there are 3 Claire's at MOA... 1st one had 3 hr. Wait for ear piercing rude employees then 2nd floor was empty but no ear piercing, 3rd floor was off and on busy...BUT Mikayla was working the store alone while the other staff was on break and she rocked it. Greeted us, smiled, new her job well, my 10 yr old niece was so nervous. The assistant manager, Treasure, was awesome! She did a great job with my ear piercing, was personable/funny, and evidently very helpful. Multiple other employees asked her questions and she was able to help them while still making my experience special.
