I went to pierce my baby’s ears and the staff was gentle and very knowledgeable. Customer service was on point
We had our 2-year-old daughter’s ears pierced this week, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I was so impressed — our daughter didn’t even cry! There were three wonderful ladies assisting us (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names), and they were incredibly patient, professional, and so gentle with our little girl. My 6 year old, Alexa, had her ears pierced this week with Dawson. Dawson was amazing. He was patient, professional, and fantastic with my daughter- explaining exactly what he was doing and making sure she was ready and willing! Excellent customer service. Thank you Dawson!!
