Phoebe was incredible!! I cannot say enough good things about her and my experience getting a piercing.
I got my seconds piercing at the Claire’s in the mall and it went great! I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to say that Phoebe who was working yesterday (friday) seemed to be really good at her job. They explained the process really nicely and helped me pick out earrings. Phoebe also was like sorta suggesting different pairs, and if I wasn’t on a budget (my high schooler paycheck lmao) I would’ve been convinced to buy a more expensive pair which is probably good for the company too. Id like the first say that I don’t typically give reviews, but I had such a great experience with Phoebe piercing my daughter‘s ears that I just felt that it was a must. I called several times for information asked about certifications and how they were trained for piercings. I hated to be that person, but bringing my daughter there I was nervous. The employees here are so friendly and helpful! I enjoy shopping here with my girls!
I don't know this girls name but she made everything less scary for my girl .lots of talking and laughing. Tay cried 1 time that was on the first ear and this lady allowed a break and my girl was ready for the next with no tears. I don't know the lady but please just give her a raise she deserves it!!
