I rate Claire's Boutique in Tupelo a big fat " 0 " !!! I called to enquire about ear piercing. They told me an ear piercing was $30.00. The 1st time they pierced, they were not evenly spaced. So, I went back a second and third time. They ended up charging me almost $70.00 ! They put expensive ear rings in the piercing ( which I did not ask for) and gave me a cheap bottle of cleanser !!! So unprofessional..... I would never shop there again !
Poor customer service, doesn't answer phone, understaffed, and sometimes doesn't even open, need I say more.
Went to purchase a necklace, but cashier could not check me out due to computer problems and no fault of my own. I asked for the necklace to be placed on hold until the next day. Cashier took my name and phone number. I called the next day to make sure the necklace was still being held only to be told that there was no necklace under my name or being held.
