I’ve been to this store Multiple times and this time it was a horrible experience. My friend was there to get her second ear pierced first she neglected us .. by not paying attention to us as we sat there and waited. Second as my friend was in the seat she was rude and asked my friend multiple times how old she was even though she said how old she was the first time. I rate Claire's Boutique in Tupelo a big fat " 0 " !!! I called to enquire about ear piercing. They told me an ear piercing was $30.00. The 1st time they pierced, they were not evenly spaced. So, I went back a second and third time. They ended up charging me almost $70.00 ! They put expensive ear rings in the piercing ( which I did not ask for) and gave me a cheap bottle of cleanser !!! So unprofessional..... I would never shop there again !
Poor customer service, doesn't answer phone, understaffed, and sometimes doesn't even open, need I say more.
