Every time I go in there one person tells me one sale I go to the register to be told the item I picked was not included to find something else I ask to point me in the right direction I get an eye roll, anytime I go in this location the staff are on their cell phones or eating good while trying to ring me up it’s just a hot mess in there with people that clearly don’t want to be there
Love the ear rings
I was warned do not go to Claire's. Got my grandsons ears pierced there only place open at time and he really wanted them done. The same night stone fell out $60 earings. Ear started getting infected. Would not refund or exchange. Salesgirl that did ears was nice but should have known the post was not for his big lobes. And the earrings not good for piercing as the management lady said sitting on the floor I tell people never use those earrings apparently she didn't tell everyone or say it on the packaging.
