We made an online appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced. We even got the text message stating our appointment time and date. We went to the store 15 minutes prior, it was closed. Stayed 10 minutes after appointment time and still no one showed up. We are very disappointed, especially my daughter this was a special day for her. Will not give this Clair's our business. Extremely unprofessional.
