I was prompted to make an online appointment for piercing only to get here, and they weren't open. When I returned at 251, they were open but the lady informed me they don't do appointments! How is that when I have a text for one? Needless to say, it's 322, and my grandson still hasn't even sat in the piercing chair! Very unprofessional.
