Extremely disappointing experience. My daughter wanted nothing more than to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. The manager barely glanced at the photo I had of her birth certificate and rejected us. You could clearly see the seal, but she wouldn’t even look, even with my daughter sobbing in the store: Had to walk my crying child 15 minutes back to the car in her Disney high heels she wore special for the day, and go somewhere where the manager can at least be friendly, let alone helpful in any way. Extremely helpful. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Will continue to go here. Because the store staff is absolutely amazing. The manager Heather takes the time to answer any and all questions. A+ store in my book
