I actually give it 0 stars. Even with a receipt and with the packages not open or damaged. The Columbus, MS store would not exchange my purchases that I wanted to exchange because the one package I did open and did wear one earring turned green and turned my ear green. These were the earrings in the locked box as though they are of better quality than the one just out in the open. Definitely lost this customer

We went to get my 6 month old ears pierced. For starters weird dynamics between Amanda and the other young lady. So we originally began working with Amanda and then we got with the other girl. Amanda says, not sure if it was jokingly or not, that she “didn’t want to do it anyway”…. Strike one. Store is supposed to open at 11. Got here at 11:27 (waiting 5 minutes and counting) and the employee is aware several people are out here and still not opening up. I’d go elsewhere if there was anywhere else in town with sterile earrings at this time on a Saturday. Didn’t open until 11:35
