Had a terrible time getting my ears pierced here, go anywhere else. They were completely uneven and the piercer couldn’t get either of them to fully go in so I had the gun in my ear for a couple of minutes each as she dug around and I felt like I was going to pass out. She accidentally pierced my cartilage on one and the manager had to fix it and pierce again. The piercer took no accountability for messing up and tried to blame me. Totally unprofessional.
